These
terms describe the demands of wine producers which we respected while designing
our plants. Cooling technology made in Germany developed with long time
experience in wine making. The cooling generation “VinCool” is the result,
compact plants produced completely in stainless steel, with integrated pump
and buffer tank.
Alcoholic and malolactic Fermentation control, tartaric acid crystal
stabilization, air conditioning... with VinCool you have it all under control.

It’s
not always all about cooling. Therefore, our cooling plants can be switched on
heating mode. If you want to cool and to heat at the same time, ask about
our special heating units. According to your request, we offer electric
heating units and alternatively units which can be connected to the heating
system of your estate.
